2019: A Year in Review | Wisconsin Lifestyle Photography

2019. Man, what a year.

Check out last year's Year In Review right here.

In 2018, I invested in my business in a pretty big way and this year felt like a dream, implementing and setting everything I learned last year into place. This time last year, I was still recovering from being diagnosed with a severe lung infection that almost killed me. Every single part of me was aching for Spring and nice weather and wedding season and being busy again. 2019 felt like a giant leap of faith for me, and I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last year as I've built up this business of mine. I'm so thankful for the opportunity to wake up and do what I love every single day and none of that would be possible without any of you.

This year, I photographed 2 weddings, 8 couples, 2 seniors, and 18 families. At the beginning of the year, I only had three things set in stone on my calendar and wondered for a second, "Will I be able to make it through this year on my own?" You guys, everyone who has booked a session with me, hired me for their wedding, everyone who takes the time to like and comment and share my work on social media, seriously made this year a dream come true for me.

Sorry for getting sappy. Endings are always known to make me emotional. ;)
